  I have never experienced such a fantastic experience with a fellow Ebay buyer/seller. I made the mistake of not completely checking my product for any possible working issues before I shipped. I apologized and offered to refund in full and still have the buyer keep the unit. He was very understanding and said he may be able to use some of the parts. He told me to keep the money and forward to my favorite charity. 5 star review is not enough to give him!
