My favorite brand - very little filler, no aftertaste, great stuff!

This is my favorite brand of Stevia. I keep it in a spice bottle with a sprinkle top, and put a bit in my coffee and tea. Try it, and it will become your favorite brand also! Pros: Very little filler, no aftertaste, great stuff! *Not really) Cons: Highly concentrated, so a little dab will do you! Manufacturer recommends 1/4 tsp stevia = 1 tsp sugar. and it seems to me to be even stronger than that. Some stevia sweeteners have a lot more filler, as they are made to be used equal measure. I didn't know this when I first tried it, and I put two teaspoons in a cup of coffee and ruined it. Also, since it's concentrated, a 12 oz jar will last a long time. If you live in a hot or humid climate you may want to put it in the refrigerator, otherwise it will degrade over time.

Get more out of your Nesco Dehydrator!

The Nesco dehydrator comes with 4 trays, also the base can serve as a tray. According to the manufacturer, this dehydrator will work with up to 7 trays (again, counting the base). So I got another pair of trays to keep up with summer's bounty. It's great to have food on hand to share, especially when the money runs out.
