Instant High Dry Heat that Lasts About Three Minutes, Great for Salsa
An almost instant dry heat with a stinging tongue, but absolutely tolerable. Mild fruity aftertaste, and the "burn" lasts about three minutes. When added to solid, bite sized foods like fried chicken, use very little, but when added to salsas and chili; push it a bit, as it's pretty tasty and it adds a comfortable dry heat. (If you're attempting to get someone to try it, use the tip of a freedom fry, a fatty piece of meat, or poultry skin.)
Well made, but use sparingly if you've never been maced ;P
Heat: 3/5
Taste: 3/5
All around HOT take. Don't use it like TX Pete, Tabasco, or Red Hot, but to add mild flavor and massive dry heat. I've found it great for chunky or 'chutney' style salsas. Take your favorite sauce and add a bit to spice up your life. A little goes a long way. (Not for children or the faint of heart.)
