Save your money, and better knives.
I thought these granite stone blades would maintain their sharpness, but the two shortest knives I have minimally used already fail to cut cleanly through tomato skin...and what appears to be merely a "granite stone coating" has more "drag" than my better-quality stainless-steel knives I transferred out of my go-to knife block/holder. It was a great marketing ad I fell for hook, line and money I wish I had back.
