great communication, education and entertainment device.

The new iPad 4 is a vast improvement over iPad 2 from 9 years ago. It has quick response and apps function now. I am getting too many notifications though, that my iCloud storage is almost full when I bought the model with 64gb vs 16 for the old one. A mis-transfer of information from the previous device?
