Great light therapy for skin issues
This is a good light therapy machine with different colors which are for specific skin conditions. So far, so good. I did have a slight challenge because there weren’t instructions, just a testimonial booklet with before and after photos. I found out basically how to install the panels just watching a YouTube video. It’s pretty easy to install but I did have some challenges aligning everything. Just make sure that you don’t screw in the screws until it’s totally aligned or else it’s difficult to remove the screws and start over. Also, the BR means blue-red, BG means blue-green and RG means red-green. I’m using it 20 minutes a day with alternating colors each day so I can get a full spectrum of healing benefits. Enjoy! PS Also, I suggest using it on different areas such as face, hands, arms, abdomen, legs, etc. So you can use it for more than the face.
