For Motion Sickness and Sleep
1 of 2 found this helpful Bought the bands in anticipation of motion sickness during a cruise. They worked great! Just kept them on all day during sea days. While others suffered from the "motion of the ocean" I was OK; much better than if I did not have them on. In addition to motion sickness, I had read an article on how these pressure bands could help with sleep problems. They worked great for that, too. For many years I normally, slept 4-5 hrs but with the bands, I went 6-7 hours. Felt so much better in the morning.

Excellent Tea
This makes absolutely delicious tea. Make a sophisticated presentation, too. The prism shape of the teabag and the "leaf" string add a touch of class to a cup of tea.
