    I was surprised and excited to see this item sold for a lot less than other sellers so naturally I had a number of questions about the product. Since I really hate it when I have to wait hours for answers from eBay sellers, I was pleasantly surprised to have those questions answered quickly and thoroughly by Mr. Welt, an A+, 100% Feedback seller. I quickly received the item and it was exactly as described--even the gift box that housed the moisturizer was pristine and sealed!

Apple iPhone BLACKOUTS
Overall I lovve my iPhone BUT, I've had to make several trips to the Apple Store to get a new one after the first 2 "died" during use. As of August2, 2007, Apple still doesn't know if the problem is the batteries, the chargers or firmware that allows the batteries to under or overcharge. Regardless, I found the back of the phones overheating and then during use, the task would freeze or the screen would go black without warning. My expeeriences are not an isoltaed case. During each visit to the Apple Store i witnessed other people returning and getting new iPhones for the EXACT same reasons. I also spoke with an Apple tech at their 800# who confirmed the problem and said Apple would announce the fix by iTunes or apple.com when they have it resolved. WHEN THE IPHONE IS WORKING .. it is the best gadget I've purchased in years. Even though I've been a PC user, I've found the MAC OSX operatiung system to be very intuitive and have only needed the User Guide once (a PDF file you download). My favorite feature is being to expand or shrink what you see on the screen by simply moving 2 fingers apart or together. Thats plus all the other features has allowed me to duplicaate approx. 70% of what I do with my desktop computer...all in a small unit I can wear on a belt clip. Found a great leather case for it on eBay for $35 that includes a flip cover to protect the screen and swivel belt clip. On July 31, I got the Bluetooth headset to go with it. Poeple I've called say it sounds fine. It is the tiniest Bluetooth i've ever seen. Only thing I dislike is that you must stick it firmly into your ear or you may lose it or can't hear very well. It comes with a dual charging base for the phone & headset. Not sure if I'll keep it or go back to my Cardo Scala 700 which has the best sound quality & comfort of any Bluetooth I've tried to date. The Cardo also has a volume control which the Apple Bluetooth lacks. Apple volume only adjusts from the iPhone itself.
