Various Glaring issues

The Airpods had a previous owner (duh its refurbished) and it's still tied to the previous owner's Apple ID. I have no way to remove it as per Apple support, which means that the previous owner can track where my AirPods are. The right airpod has also lost the press functionality which is quite irritating. Take the risk if you want, but save up for new ones if you can.
