Its authentic and works but could be better
2 of 2 found this helpful While being used as a pad it fast charged my note 9 with otterbox defender great. But the reason you buy this model is for the stand and portability or you could just buy the cheaper pad. Here is the problem, it will only work as a stand with no case or a very thin case. Any otterbox or similar case will not work, i even tried the samsung rugged case which is thin with a thin kickstand and it did not work. Without a case its perfect but only cases that work with the stand are the thinnest ones sold.
