Mix with enough cold/cool water to down fast. Not the best tasting but very do-able! lol
DO NOT mix with coffee or anything hot.
Drink with water.
You will notice the difference within time as you use it. Some people say it makes your tummy “bubbly”. me, had no off experiences and I’m 69 so...Enjoy the work it does on your stomach...

Amazing
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using this for years (I'm 65) and always get compliments on my complexion. This smoothes our the lines and deeper wrinkles. There is nothing I can say that is bad about this product. It has been hard to find as of late.

Perfect in every aspect
0 of 1 found this helpful Very nice and quick (7 minutes) and oh yes, easy. Clean, fill with water, ice, tea, and sugar (if you want), plug in, wait 7 minutes...done! Love this!
