I took this for a while. It tastes very bad. I did not eat them,I swallowed in pill form but it gave me indigestion. A lot of burping with an awful taste of the product. I thought maybe it was food I ate but the bad taste came back eating different types of food. It was definitely the product giving me the gas/bad taste.Stopped using after a few times,did not want to continue with it.
