David was quick to respond to my concerns and questions with prompt communication and resolution. The post office stopped the delivery due to additional postage required which was unknown to the seller. When I sent the situation to the seller, he immediately responded and actually refunded the amount the Postal Service was requesting. The Post Office was unreasonable in their request- it was handled by Seller.

Great French press.
A French press is the best way to make coffee as strong or mild as you like it. This is a rock solid unit. The weld on the handle is not quite as strong as It should be. But I’ve had several French presses and this one is the best, by far.
