  The item is a Kobalt adjustable wrench in used condition (granted) with some rust on it. It s very stiff to operate. The item needs to be refurbished in order to be properly used again. The seller needs to put a better description of the item, not just Kobalt adjustable slide wrench, so there are no surprises when the item is received.
