Good for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful In spite of the boom cylinder being connected backwards and the valve doing some surprising things, as stated by other reviewers, it is a good value for the money. It works quickly at idle and is more than strong enough. So short of paying double the price for a name brand, it is better than the competition in it's price range.

Underbuilt for the Dark Horse
This very expensive ladder was nearly $1000 with options. The wheel kit would probably be fine on one of the lighter aluminum models, but the wheel broke off the first time it crossed a bump. $40 for the kit to replace it, and what are the odds it will be the other on that breaks next? More likely another $40 kit. Heavy ladder and the wheel axle is mounted to an extremely tiny plastic molding.

Who needs a cord?
With the appropriate Fuel series tools, these are the Cockford Ollie. Don't bother with Brushless or Red Lithium, but if you buy the good stuff this platform is the best out there. Other lines might have one tool here or there, but the broad line of tools that run a respectable length of time at corded power on this system can't be matched.
