lowest cost and noisy.
0 of 1 found this helpful The fan is noisy, but at the lowest price range thats the way marketing is done sometimes. It beeds a real fan blade not the mini paddle wheel and it would be quiet and efficient but then we wouldnt have to pay more for a "quiet" model. So overall the unnecessary design downgrade is dubious businesses strategy.
