Great knife
These were purchased to replace some well worn paring knives I have had for years. I found these knives easy to handle and scalpel sharp. A great replacement.

Quality material and workmanship
Great made in USA old school type can opener. It has a nice heft to it demonstrating its quality of material. I looked it over very closely and found not one flaw. Nothing like American workmanship.

Lightweight but works well
Very light weight with moderate tolerances in its construction. I am using it to modify my delta mortising machine. By adding a small vise I can now clamp the wood part I want to machine and index ir in and out, left to right, with greater accuracy.
