Almost great
This machine grinds through game and pork like butter and would be perfect but for one thing, it clogs up easily.
Had to clean it out twice doing 90lbs of deer meat with 80/20 venison to pork fat ratio.

Quality product
This product is 10x better than those cheesy cheap thin ones.A+

Slick
No grip on wet roads..not a good choice for here in the Pacific Northwest.
I've been riding for 40yrs on big heavy bikes and this is the first tire that has me a bit nervous.
