Not performing as expected.

I've owned 6 of these exact same units. This is the first one I've had issues with. It doesn't work the same as orevious units. It fails to provide updated status as previous models and it doesn't allow me to answer calls in the same way as previous models. Though it appears identical it's functions are different. I've no idea why this is occurring but it is quite annoying. It's even shut itself off in the middle of conversation. 👎👎👎
