A mouse got into my car (long story) and chewed the seatbelt webbing. I purchased a replacement from a salvage yard, but having been from a wrecked car, the belt was "locked" and needed reset. I contacted Seat Belt Masters and after a few messages back and forth, I sent the locked belt for repair (less expensive than re-webbing). I had the "doner" belt back within a week, and it works great! I hope to not have to replace one again, but if so, I will not hesitate to use SBM again!
