Known for 40 years
1 of 1 found this helpful I've known Peter (Pedro)Quezada for almost 40 years, since we met at Virgil Jr High in LA. We kept in touch off and on for years and he does not know I have this book. I found it one day while browsing in an art book store on the 3rd Street Pomenade in Santa Monica in the 90's. I picked the book up backwards and started thumbing through it. I knew Peter had murals around town but I had not seen many. I saw a couple of the pictures of him and said to myself " This looks like Peter!" I flipped to the front cover and to my amazement my heart starting beating faster! You see, Peter was the love of my life and to this day I still think of him often. He never did these murals for any publicity. Even when we met up after our 10 year high school reunion, and he had a car loaded with paints, he did not tell me what he did with them. All of his murals were done out of caring for the neighborhood. He had a good friend Buddy, who Peter told me sometime late in high school or after turned to gangs and drugs. Maybe this is why he began to paint over the graffitti with murals. I've always known Peter to be a shy, mellow, and sensitive person.

good quality - However not the XL you are expecting. This is still meant for a fairly small adult so don't be expecting a WIDER seat as in description.
