Works but barely charges
2 of 2 found this helpful I was absolutely thrilled to find one of these on eBay since Apple has since discontinued them. When I ordered it, I was anticipating it coming quickly just because I wanted it that quickly. Which is fine it didn’t happen that way, I understood it and wasn’t bothered by it, I’m just impatient when I’m excited lol.
The reason for my rating: it’s in really good shape and it works really well, no issues there, BUT it doesn’t hold charge very well at all. It charges my phone very slowly and then dies before my phone even reaches 20% of added battery life to what I had. I’ve used one of these before, it was my best friend’s and she bought it when they were still selling it, from Apple . Com and when I used it at her house for the three hours I was there, my phone went from 48% to 88% and the pack still have about 1/5th battery left when I put it on my phone around 2/5ths dead, so I know they work VERY well and don’t have any issues like what I’m facing. I’m sad it doesn’t charge quickly and doesn’t charge more than about 20% before it dies but I still use it in dire circumstances and reach for a wall charger to charge it if I’m inside somewhere with a plug in.
