Good things come in small (and inexpensive) packages
A bit sensitive in the lower dial range, but this is an excellent low cost accessory to getting much more usability and overdrive from an amp at lower volumes. The device patches between the pre-amp output and the power amp input. Under quieter practice situations, it allows me to get the tone of my Fender Deluxe closer to what would normally require it to be cranked up to at least 7 or 8, by allowing the pre-amp to scream, but cutting the juice to the output stage.

Great remote fixed hi-hat holder
A compact, study remote hi-hat holder -- when you need a fixed unit (no pedal/cable.) Fine tuning of fixed open-to-closed ratio, angle of bottom cymbal, and tightness of each cymbal. Compact boom is able to get into tight spaces.

An amazing, low-light parfocal lens; expensive and worth every dime
For video use, for those who need a low-light, parfocal lens (holds focal point throughout zoom range), this baby is a solid choice. I just came off a demanding shoot and it performed beautifully. The lens is razor sharp, with consistent aperture throughout the entire zoom range and no perceptible distortion.
This particular model is now out of production (having been replaced by the Mark II) and often only found on eBay. They all seem to sell for about the same price, and appear to hold their value well.
It's a bit on the heavy side, and use of a lens support is recommended, but I have no real gripes; it's a solid lens and built like a brick sh*thouse; its heft is indicative of the build quality.
