  Fast shipping. Decent packing. I Have two of these from different auctions. when connected line-to-line a tone at one switchboard end came out the other perfectly. An operating teletype loop (which is almost certainly how the army used it) connected to the telegraph taps operated perfectly through the same wires as the tone with no interference. This transformer works perfectly and I am very pleased with it.
