Very good, BUT...
1 of 1 found this helpful This product cannot be used on all phones. I bought 2, 1 for each of our phones. My Samsung Note 3 is compatible but husband's LG Phoenix 3 is NOT. I'll use the extra one as a regular flash drive, but I could not find a good alternative unfortunately.
It functions as it should and is easy to use otherwise.

HP 7410, Terrific product!

Cons: No separate envelope feed slot. Not a problem, just an inconvenience.
Originally I was going to replace just my aging HP Deskjet 940C printer when our Brother MFC fax machine was damaged during construction. An all-in-one product seemed to be the practical solution versus buying two separate machines. It has the features I needed (plus some I may or may not use). Space savings on my work space was also a plus. My 15-year-old Canon C122 copier still works great and I have some supplies purchased ahead, but I will probably transition over to the HP 7410 completely at some point to make even more counter space available.
Unpacking and assembling the 7410 was very simple. I was careful to follow the good directions as other review recommended. The only problem with setup that I incurred was that my computer would not read the CD included with the 7410. A quick visit to the HP website and a call to HP support confirmed the download I needed. Even with having to download the software, it took less than 2 hours from the time I opened the box to having set-up completed, and I'm not experienced in this type of thing.
All functions have tested fine, and I've been using the 7410 for a week now. I love it! I researched all-in-ones extensively before the purchase was made and have not been disappointed. I was able to find inexpensive ink cartridges ($12-$13 each) to have a few on hand, not knowing about ink usage versus the Deskjet. The ink cartridges have a larger ink volume than many models I looked at. It has versatile print settings and prints a lot faster than my old printer, even on the normal setting.
The 7410 comes with a comprehensive manual instead of just computer/online support. Our shop guys have also picked up on it quickly. Very easy to learn how to use all of the various functions, and controls are well organized, and the screen is easy to read.
I wish it had a separate slot for feeding an envelope, but that's the only suggestion I could make at this point. I print quite a few envelopes and they feed really well from the tray, but it's an inconvenience taking out the paper each time I want to do 1 or 2 envelopes. My Deskjet had a separate slot but often jammed with envelopes.
Overall the HP Officejet 7410 All-in-One is a terrific product! I purchased this unit for around $300 and feel it's a good value that will serve our company well for a long time to come. I do some pretty heavy print jobs between December and May and am looking forward to seeing how it will perform.
