It works and the nose tolerates it for long periods of time.
I've tried a number of nose insert devices since the single-use nasal strips are both expensive and wasteful. All of the other inserts irritated the lining of the nose and dried it out after an hour or so. This works, although it sometimes pops off and I have to search for it. I bought backups just in case...being able to breathe even when the nose gets a bit stuffed up is a game changer.

Good value for about 200 lumens
It has a good feel in the hand and both a side clip and a cord lanyard for attaching to things. Haven't tried hitting it with a rock but knocking it about a bit indicates that it is fairly durable. The strobe option and focusing ring work well. My one problem with it is that I don't remember a lumen rating (other than the obviously wrong 2200 in the title)...I compared it to a 120 lumen flashlight and it is noticeably (but not remarkably) brighter. I would estimate it at about 200 lumens. A good value as long as you're just looking for a good basic flashlight but don't expect a "bear blinder".

Only good if it doesn't leak.
1 of 1 found this helpful I would have liked to give this 4 stars BUT it leaks. I first got a Static V and was pleased with the support and ease of inflation. I wanted something a little wider and just a bit more loft when inflated so I sent for the Static V Luxe (refurbished). At first it only leaked 10% (15 full breaths for original inflation & 1-2 to restore) over 7-8 hours and I figured I could live with that. Now it is closer to 15% over 2 hours. Not usable.
I spent over 2 hours trying to find the leak (I don't have a pool, large bathtub or still pond available so I had to use the spray bottle of soapy water method) and only now realize how the design (good for loft & support) is horrible for finding leaks unless there is an obvious hole in the puffed out pocket/channels area. For one thing, each small area requires 3 sprayings - one for the expanded areas, one for the visible channels and one for each of the many folded/creased areas that you have to hold apart and examine. The numbers of seams/"welds" is quite daunting...and I still couldn't find the problem. I triple checked the valves (I do like their design, much better than the old "shove the attached plug in while the mattress/beachball (etc) is rapidly deflating").
If used for camping, I would recommend extensively testing the mattress beforehand. The included repair kit is useless if you can't find the leak. I will admit that (having worked in Quality Assurance) I am a bit prickly about a returned item being sent out without fixing the original problem.
I am writing this as I wait for the mattress to dry so I can go through the hassle of sending it back.
That being said, if you get one that isn't defective and you are very careful (possibly adding a pad underneath?) about how and where you use it...I would give it 4 stars. This review is about a "certified refurbished" product.
