HP Envy 6000e with ink
2 of 2 found this helpful Its extremely hard to set up, and it’s only suitable for Window 10 or above. The HP Smart is not that smart as it’s name. HP Print scan doctor also does not heal most problems. HP virtual support is robotic and useless. The ink run out fast just with less than 15 prints. CNot easy for most users who is not technology savvy. Connection with Wi-Fi need to be reset all the time. Error 9 appear so frequently that this product is a waste of time.
I joined the HP ink supply problem, it was described as they could monitor the ink level remotely, however I am already run out of ink with blank printing, it seems that they did not aware of, and still said 10 office days before the delivery. I have to stop the contract as I cannot wait for that long without a printer to use.
