  Was extremely happy with purchase and description. However, even though seller tried to protect the neon sign as best as they could, U.S. Postal Service managed to break a good portion of the neon tubing (cost to replace and repair was extremely prohibitive). More than anything, was very saddened that the neon sign arrived damaged (not remotely sellers fault). Seller was very amenable and communicated very well and a solution was found. Would highly recommend seller! Thank you kindly!

  Sadly the shipper broke it despite the great packing by this seller. Seller responded "faster than a speeding bullet" and issued a full return even before they got the lamp back.
