    Worst ebay experience with this vendor. The earrings arrived with one crescent bent sideways. I contacted vendor, sent pictures, and her response was no refunds and make my complaint with 'the mail'. was willing to return and have her replace. However she was unwilling. Finally, with ebay's intervention, she is refunding my $. Intolerable, unacceptable response, which I approached in a professional and solution based complaint intitally.
