'Could not be happier'
2 of 2 found this helpful Does a great job. This is my first battery-operated trimmer and I could not be happier.
I've owned several 20V Max Dewalt hand tools for a couple of years and it seemed logical to buy yard tools that used the same battery. Trimmer works well with the 2 amp-hour batteries that I already have and I was happy to learn that one battery was more than enough to trim all the way around the house with power to spare. If there is any downside, the trimmer is heavy enough to require both hands, especially when working overhead.

Batteries for power outages
I keep batteries of all sizes on hand at all times. I live in a state where we must be ready for power outages because of hurricanes.
The AmazonBasics batteries are a great value and are packaged in a way that makes them easy to transport.
