Drink real green tea!
I swear by real green tea. It removes impurities from your body and improves your metabolism I’ve been using this product for about a year now The royal king brand seems to be a good balance of quality and price.

If your approachin 50 or over it’s probably a good idea to work this into your diet
People can take it for several things. It does seem to help some with energy but I primarily take a half dose everyday to help my immune system and to be proactive with my prostrate because it is suppose to be good for that
