simple, just chuck and drill.
This set is much less complicated to set up than others I have looked at. Look good but have not used because I am running behind on my projects. ( Just tried one and it worked well and no special chuck required)

HF 44991 belt drive mod.
This belt drive installed with no issues on my HF 44991 mill. Parts were of excellent quality. Large pulley arrived with a shipping(?) "nick" in pulley flange which required filing smooth. Would have liked some better provisions for spindle lock but as temp fix using a piece of key stock. Nice looking red shield will require modification to be useable. All in all mod kit is a good buy and mill runs very smooth and I'm glad I installed it before stripping the gears and having a large tear down to remove the broken gears pieces...

Belt did not fit mower.
Belt received is shorter than original equipment part and would not go on my riding mower. Next time pay more for brand name part and save the hassle.
