Habit Rouge - Guerlain's classic!
Habit Rouge was created in 1965 but is timeless. A heavenly fragrance for those who can appreciate the fine ingredients and the impeccable blending of notes. You will notice lemon, neroli and leather; a masculine rose and vanilla. To complete the equestrian reference there is the aroma of fresh straw in a thorough-breed's stall. But not horsey smelling - more like a whiff of privilege and pure class.

If only...
Great opening - a very natural blast of lemon, lime, orange. Then, on me, nothing. So much promise! Then it vanishes. I tried really heavy applications, but to no avail. I'm really disappointed. It might be forgiven if it was listed as a cologne but it's an edt. Oh well, it still works as a pick-me-up. Next time I'll buy the vintage version!
