Soso chinese adapter. Marginal 'RCA' male plugs.
It works (barely) - but these Chinese knock-offs of RCA phono plugs have such trivially short cylindrical shrouds around the pins that it is difficult to maintain an adequate connection to the jack. But if you desperately need something it kinda works.

Cheap replacement cord and jack when your power supply still works ok.
Good replacement cord - gave it 4 rather than 5 stars due to its extreme shortness, but that was ok - I added 8 feet of 2#18's (didn't bother with the blue wire) to make it usable.

Good alt shreveport
This disc has the hard to find alternate version of Shreveport
