So much better than a gym and saves a bundle!!
2 of 2 found this helpful I am 67 and love that they have a girl that does it a bit toned down for us "oldies" Been doing it for a little over a week and love it! I can complete the abs 35 minutes and it is a real work out. The second ab one is more difficult as they get on a mat on the floor and with a bad back it is more difficult, but will master it eventually. They keep it up beat and interesting and fast pace. Great video.

do not waste money
Waste of money to purchase this. The directions are meager at best and the "pictures" don't match the directions. Almost impossible to get it together, nothing lines up and two shelves were missing which they would not send me. Wanted me to take this thing apart and return for another one and start over! Just put it where it belonged....in the trash.

Really like this little heater, does the job of a much bigger unit.
