Deceptive practices
0 of 1 found this helpful I typed in the make and model of my car to purchase a remote. I was not told that after purchasing the remote that I couldn't program it myself. I was told to take it to a dealer or locksmith because they have a special tool to program the remote. Had I known all of that I never would have purchased that remote.I I want my money back.
