Should be a negative really. My Apple keyboard - was delivered by Royal Mail through the letter box & bounced off the floor.
It appears it would have been more appropriate to put fragile stickers on it and preferably put in a larger box (this probably wouldn't impact on the postage cost) - so it would be hand delivered. Mine appeared to have just a thin plastic liner around the original slim Apple box.
Time alone will tell if it's actually ok.
Please advise for future prospective customers to?
