  The experience with this seller was ridiculous. She posted an ad for 12 pottery barn appetizer plates The photo -and description was of these plates. I paid immediately and waited….and waited..finally she responded that she was sick. After weeks, I received a small box with 4 entirely different plates. First she said she doesn’t accept returns. When eBay got involved she said she didn’t know why she put those plates in the ad because she had never had those plates. So just sent what she had.
