Get a spare head when you purchase one!
2 of 2 found this helpful Braun make top shelf products. That's why we returned. Why not 5 stars? We wish their longevity was as high. Most shavers we've purchased have no parts (esp heads) available, and if so, are so highly priced you just as well but the newer model. But we're just one user on that count, I am light bearded so well! --CPL
