LOVE that the pan has no holes
I love that this air fryer has no holes in the pan. you can do so much more in it. i love to drizzle butter on potato slices or fish fillets.

Simple solutions to a bigger than first thought problem
I bought this book because I was gaining weight after age 50 and wanted to try to curb that. I read about high nutrient foods and this book was mentioned in the article. The book is sensibly written and factual. It has opened my eyes to good foods I wasn't even aware of. The book stays on topic and doesn't use a bunch of hype or fear to convince you to eat well.
