1 of 1 found this helpful Parcel turned up damaged, when packaging was removed the box clearly wasn't new when the item was taken out of the box it was in its carry case the zip on the carry case was bent and hadn't been done up properly thus was difficult to open once item was removed from the case it did look new but one of the adjustments was broken and the other doesn't work so well it seems to be a factory reject the worst buying experience I've ever had from this site money down the drain
