Always one of my favorite albums of all time....
I bought this CD as when I opened the case to my original Sabotage CD that I had for many years, I seen that the disc was missing. I was initially disappointed when I opened the package on this new one, as I did not want a remake - I wanted the original Sabotage CD in the plastic case. Of course I knew that this was a long shot....the original Sabotage CD's are selling for a LOT more money. Anyway, after opening up the CD, there were lot's of photos of the band that I had never seen, along with a brief history of information about the Sabotage album and it's production, all on an enclosed leaflet. This alone made the purchase very worthwhile. The album speaks for itself...if you don't have it for your Hard Rock collection, you should.

Great machine....
3 of 3 found this helpful I really like my new Body Solid Squat and Calf machine. Perfect addition to my home gym. Takes up minimal space for a leg machine. The round bar for the calf raises seems to target the entire calf muscle really well, and using the angle plate for squatting makes the quads scream. You can also use the flat plate that rests on the floor, or like I did, I have a stepper that I can place over the flat plate on the floor that raises me up about another 6" and allows for even deeper squats that way. Is it as heavy as gym euipment? Well, I've worked out at dozens of gyms all over the country in the last 35+ years, and I can tell you that in my opinion it falls into the top 10% - 15% of what I have used in gyms. While I don't think it would be recommended to go crazy heavy on this machine, I would think it can handle 400 pounds easily, and probably 500 pounds safely. (I'm 53 now, so for me those super heavy days are over). Aslo, it may be a little difficult for taller lifters. Using the machine once you're in it wll be fine, but getting in and out of it if you're much taller than 5' 10" - 6" tall may be a tad difficult, unless you're flexible. I'm about 5' 6" tall, so no problem at all for me. All in all, it's one heck of a nice machine for home use to get those calves and quads pumped up nicely!!

Great Machine
2 of 2 found this helpful Very nice machine with a very reasonable price tag for what you get. The frame is made of heavy gauge steel and the machine is really smooth when using. I believe the attachments are made of aluminum, as they feel lighter than those at the gym. They certainly don't look "cheap", they seem to be very good quality. Everything is as described, and I it actually surpassed my expectations. Others were mentioning that they did not receive instructions with their units...I actually did receive instructions and it really was not hard to assemble - just a bit time consuming. I just grabbed a cold refreshment, cranked up the XM Radio and took my time with it. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble total. One thing to watch - be sure to feed your main cable through AS YOU ARE assembling the pulleys in place. If you bolt the pulleys in place first, you'll have to unfasten them to get the cable through. It's a little tricky, but just take your time. Mine even came with a bottle of touch up paint. Excellent addition to my home gym, and it opens up literally dozens of new exercises/ movements that I couldn't do before.
