    Intel Core i5-6500 SR2L6 3.20GHz Quad-Core 6MB LGA1151 Desktop CPU Processor

Pretty fast, but aftermarket cooling recommended, probably no longer the best value for your money
It's a pretty fast quadcore processor. I would recommend using a decent aftermarket cooler since it uses 80-85W under full load when it's turboing all four cores. Alternatively, you can turn off turbo in the bios to generate less heat (using about 65W on full load) and only sacreficing about 3% of the performance (so, you probably wouldn't notice the difference). Now that Intel and AMD are coming out with $120 CPUs that are as fast or faster than a 7th generation i7, if you can afford a new motherboard and memory, I wouldn't recommend investing your money into obsolete hardware that doesn't give you as good performance per dollar and performance per watt as new CPUs.
    AMD Phenom II X4 925 2.8GHz Quad-Core (HDX925WFK4DGI) Processor

Okay as one last upgrade to an AM2+ or AM3 board, but don't expect much performance
This might work as one last upgrade to an AM2+/AM3 compatible motherboard that either doesn't take x6 phenoms or might not be worth purchasing an x6 phenom to install. It could also be purchased for an AM3 motherboard that doesn't take piledriver or buldozer AM3+ processors. Don't expect much more than basic productivity (word processing and possibly email) with this processor. It might be better to use a lightweight GNU/Linux distro such as Lubuntu instead of Windows because Windows 10 will probably run slow on this processor. If you have a motherboard that uses DDR3 instead of DDR2 with this processor, it might be a little bit better. Honestly, for a budget build, your probably better off purchasing a socket 1155 i3 or i5 if you have a compatible Intel board since those processors have come down in price so much, have better perfomance overall, better performance per watt, and basic integrated graphics.

    Hours of fuzzy popping fun
This game is a fun and addictive cross between collapse and bejeweled. I especially like that you can make matches in a somewhat non-linear way.
