2 of 2 found this helpful I had taken this a few years ago when I had a broken shoulder. My bones were weak I was instructed to take the K2 for 6 weeks . X-rays were done after this and the difference in n the bones was amazing ! I was able to get the surgery done to remove the hardware holding my shoulder together .I recently started taking it again as a preventative.
