Just isn't a good fit.
First, I'm at fault for only paying attention to the length of the case. It's perfect...but to fit my ar-15 into it, I have to remove my sights. I can use it for my two pool cues so it's not a total loss.

Quality that exceeds expectation!
The presentation really has an impact. The display board is large and easy to read. Big plus for those of us who are optically challenged as a bat. Controls are well identified. The system set up procedure is very impressive. Using the Audyssey, I discovered a couple speakers were out of phase. Wow! Didn't see that one coming.
The sound is outstanding. I purchased Denon because of its reputation for quality. It replaced my Harman Kardon that served me very well for several years. As expected, the Denon really opened the room.
I did a ton of research before buying this AVR 1713 5.1. I doubt that I will discover anything I dislike with this unit. So far, it has exceeded my expectations.
