If you need a mailbox with some personality this is a good option
The mailbox comes prepared to install on a horizontal board with only having to add the flag. The quality of the box is good, not great but in my case, by adding cedar panels to the door and the rear of the box and brass straps, it can become a very classy unit to display for the front of your home.

It works, at least on first blush
Good stuff so far. I have previously purchased and used Radio Shacks contact cleaner over the years but I always questioned its capability to do what it was intended. This product seems to be more effective.
