Great speaker. Be sure to read the review or face potential consequences for assuming
I caught a break here! These are no longer made in the U.K. but instead in China. This is not to say China does not turn out good merchandise. They do! But this isn't one of those pieces of merchandise. The G12K once listed and still pictured with the words "IPSWICH U.K." are still pictured in many cases but not the one you will receive at the lower price sold in retail and online retail stores.stores. The G-12K is now manufactured in China and the quality is JUST not the same.
So as I was saying I caught a break here and got one labeled IPSWICH U.K. England whatever exactly is printed on the back. If it isn't printed on the back label, 9 times out of ten there is a sticker affixed to the side of magnet that says "MADE IN CHINA."
I put this in a cabinet over a year ago but I am just now getting around to this review. So do not be deceived by a reduced price just because the speaker has blab blah blah visible. Call before ordering to ensure you are in fact getting the ones made in England. The quality is far better.
I have a picture I would love to show off of it in the cabinet I put it in but that photo is not readily available to me or I would be more than happy to show it off, I mean post it. A true beauty and site to behold for the dedicated gear heads of all ages.

Useful addition to any axe
First time I put these on the pots of one of my guitars, I just put them on without thinking, but put them on because they were standard on some older Gibson’s.
It occurred to me how useful they actually are provided they’re installed correctly in order to make them useful.
That is to say as the individual playing the guitar, you have to be able to look down and be able to see them so that, for example, if song “A” needs a little something more or less on the tone control than song “B” you can look down to easily make the necessary change and having the pointer as a guide.
The trick is to either put them on yourself and place them in a manner that makes it easy for you to see the knob and pointer OR pay a premium to have someone in a music store adjust them while you have it strapped on.
That would be stupid in my opinion so if you can’t do it yourself nor understand their usefulness you are better off not wasting your money on these or a guitar worthy of these come to think of it.
You need to understand why you would even want them. Also, in summary, you have to basically custom install and adjust them to fit the individual.

Pretty cool
I am using an older mouse. Maybe a newer mouse would be more tolerant of the surface of this mouse pad, I don’t know.
I like it because it looks like my favorite brand cymbals, but the surface leaves some to be desired performance wise in the way it interacts with the mouse I am using with it.
Maybe a newer mouse would affect a more comfortable feel. For looks, I like it a lot though.
You can do better and maybe for less money in the mouse pad department than with this one.
