Mostly great
I have been an HRB customer for over twenty years and have only had one issue in that time. It was apparently some sort of software glitch about three or four years ago, preventing me from e-filing due to some obscure something (I do have 14 rental properties). I had to print out 75 pages and mail the return after several contacts with HRB. One sweet representative finally said ---"this is not an IRS problem". The next year, all was okay. I am crossing my fingers that all will go through this year. They provide an economical software that's easy to navigate, so, HRB, are you listening? I am relying on you!!

Great Garage Door Remote
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed to replace the original remote for my 2002 garage door opener.
This product arrived quickly and was extremely easy to program. I had an orange "learn button" which I pressed, then I pressed the remote----Done----couldn't be easier. I was glad that there was still a product available for a 15 year old system, and yay, it was very reasonable and extremely easy to set up. Kudos

Not accepted by Brother Printer
Unfortunately, I could never get the Brother laser printer to recognize this new toner. I tried several YOU-TUBE solutions, Many people have complained that this seems to be the new norm with Brother printers. They've apparently changed the software. Brother was the last line of printers that were customer friendly enough that they accepted third party cartridges after other brands stopped. If I can somehow get this toner to be recognized by the printer, I will update this review.
