Super strong suction on my plastic shower wall. Love these

Lucky it didn’t cause more damage
The heater activated although there was no water flow to activate it . It was full of water when I plugged it in an the temp gauge showed the temp going up fast then started steaming and blew up hot water before I could in plug it. Don’t know why it malfunctioned but it has no relief valve. I opened it up to see a dime size hole exploded out the side of the tank. I purchased a 8 gallon hot water heater with relief valve and it works perfectly
