Great product
I was glad I purchased this. In one evening I was able to restore my 25 year old, hard used, crock sticks sharpener to a almost new condition. They are ready to sharpen 100s more knives and swords to a razors edge. I am very sure that if you used this on new ceramic sticks or stones after every use, they would stay pristine. I have not tried any other surfaces because my ceramics stick were the reason for purchasing.

Get a better charger!
1 of 1 found this helpful Add a little money to it and buy batteries and charger separate. This charger will not tell you your battery condition or when you are charged, the leds stays on all the time. Get a smart charger, the batteries there are better and worse, for the money they are ok. For $16.00 and up get yourself a smart charger.
